Medicine From Within is a holistic wellness company that strives to inspire a balanced way of life, connecting with meaning and purpose, unique as each individual. 

Our vision is to empower people in finding their own "medicine."  This is accomplished by facilitating a healthy relationship  between body, mind, and spirit via modalities such as massage, yoga, and integrating conscious conversation.  This creates a sense of balance and harmony radiating outward from within each individual.

We provide a variety of resource and modalities that can be provided in your home, at the office, or even special event locations!  The goal is to inspire wellness from within via bodywork and nutrition customized for each individual.  The massage and bodywork treatments benefits you by facilitating a reduction of stress, tension, headaches, and pain, while increasing circulation, relaxation, and peace from inside your body radiating outward!

  • Cancellation/ Change in reservation policy:
    • 24 hour notice required for change in appointments  
    • You will be charged for the service for any last minute cancellations, within 24 hours of the appointment time.

Licensed Massage Therapist (Arizona, MT-15448)
Yoga Instructor (200 hr)
First Aid and CPR certified - Expires March 2017
Insured by Associated Bodywork & Massage Practitioners (ABMP) Since 2010
Relevant Education:
Southwest Institute of Healing Arts with Associates of Occupational Studies in Holistic Health Care with concentration in Massage Therapy; includes a wide array of massage, nutrition, yoga, and wellness classes. (2013) 
Arizona School of Massage Therapy (ASMT) with 815.5 hours of training (2010)
